This is an easy wholesome breakfast recipe which will keep you satisfied as well as energized well in to the lunch hour.
Elements (Serves 2)
Four eggs
4 pieces of turkey sausage
2 flax muffins (You’ll find flax muffins at your nearby grocery store, we also have the recipe linked at the end if you want to make them youself)
One Grapefruit
Pam
Splenda
To start off, warm-up a pan upon medium high heat. Squirt the pan along with Pam and begin cooking the actual eggs. You can prepare the eggs anyhow you like. I prefer over-easy personally, but scrambled or any other strategy is just as well.
Cook the actual eggs to conclusion and set them apart. Now you can begin cooking food the turkey sausage. Don’t worry about the ova getting cold, poultry bacon cooks in under five minutes.
As you are cooking the poultry bacon, get the grape fruit ready. Slice the actual grapefruit in half, as well as sprinkle the covers of each half along with Splenda, not sugar. Sugars adds unnecessary calories from fat to the meal and can only give you a decrease in energy later on. You can serve the actual grapefruit without Splenda if you want, but many people find the flavour a little too bitter with out something sweet in order to offset it. Additionally, make sure to serve the actual grapefruit with a tea spoon!
The bacon ought to be getting close to done by right now. As a final action I like to heat up my personal muffin for about 15 seconds within the microwave. The warm treats taste a bit much better.
By now your dinner should be done. Pour your nice glass associated with orange juice, drinking water or milk, location everything on a dish (don’t forget the pepper and salt) serve and enjoy!

How do you imagine something in 10 dimensions? Like this. Sometimes I wish I was a physicist…
Having trouble with reconciling nine or ten dimensions when you read this post?
Let this video help your mediocre brain visualize life beyond meatspace.
(I should say that I do not at all agree with some of the more “woo-y” explorations on this subject by the guy who made this video, Rob Bryanton. But this video standing alone is worth considering to imagine beyond three dimensions)

Puzzle #64: A Taxing Cipher
Above is an encryption method I’ve just come up with. The first two codes are decrypted for you. Your task: What does the third, longer code mean?
(Meanwhile, still no right answers — nor guesses, even — for last week’s series puzzle. If you’re looking for a hint, I’ve just added one in the comments.)

The last two puzzles have been doozies. No one has gotten either so far. I knew they’d be tough, but I not so tough they weren’t fun. In the interest of remedying that, here is a hint for each of them:

Puzzle #65: Exquisite Corpse Goes To The Movies
In each of the five Photoshop hack jobs above, I’ve sliced together the faces of the lead stars of a popular movie from the last 25 years. Which movies are these?
Please post only one guess, so as many people as possible can play.

This Is What A Scientist Looks Like
A new Tumblr that is setting out to change the perception of what the world sees when they think “scientist”. I’ll have to submit something here.
Love, love, love this idea. Previously: 7th graders draw scientists, nerdy stereotypes ensue.
Scientist friends, submit your own!!

Quantum Maze
How hard could a maze with no walls be? Extremely hard, if the walls only appear once you start moving, as in the so-called Quantum Maze, by Jonathan Welton. The goal is to move from the green circle, touch both of the blue circles, and end at the red circle. But with every move, walls appear ahead and to the sides of you. It’s very devilish and maddening — like you’re playing a game of Quoridor against Schrodinger’s cat. I still haven’t been able to do it.
